In last week’s Hanover Township Council story, it was reported a $960,000 grant was awarded to Hanover Township, Lehigh County, for the D&L Trail project.

According to Elizabeth Rosencrans, with the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, $693,700 was awarded to Hanover Township for its section of trail.

The $960,000 was a separate award to the D&L organization for the trail outside of Hanover Township.
