The Liberty Hurricanes racked up multiple first-place finishes in the pool, defeating Pocono Mountain East, 98-67, (boys) and 93-53, (girls) on Jan. 17 at Liberty.
Lilah McClarin, Natalie Brezinsky, Audrey Bloss-Ferry, and Chelsea Hearn won the 200 medley relay in 2:01.97.
McClarin went on to win the 200 free in 2:22.80, and Brezinsky won the 200 IM in 2:20.35.
Hearn took first place in the 50 freestyle in 26.70 and in the 100 butterfly in 1:10.79, and Bloss-Ferry won the 100 free in 1:01.20.
Katie Bruno, Jaina Eisenhardt, Brooke Sergent, and Morgan Muller combined for a first-place finish in the 200 free relay in 1:58.21.
Brezinsky had the quickest time in the 100 backstroke in 1:07.64, and Leah Onia was fastest in 100 breaststroke in 1:16.14.
In the boys meet, Danny Lehr, Tim Wetmore, Corbin Eisenhardt, and Tommy Fortsch combined to win the 200 medley relay in 1:52.85.
Lehr took first place in the 200 free in 1:56.55, Malcolm Collins won the 200 IM in 2:06.53, and Eisenhardt was first in the 50 free in 23.76 and the 100 fly in 57:38.
Collins won the 100 free in 49.17.
In the 200 free relay, Umut Akus, Wetmore, Eisenhardt, and John Cornish swam to a first-place finish in 1:39.87.
Lehr won the 100 back in 54.07, and Wetmore had the fastest time in 100 breast in 1:05.03.
Next week, the Hurricanes are scheduled to take on Parkland on Jan. 31 at Parkland.
