Todd F. Beitler, 62, of Topton, died Jan. 20, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of the late Tammy D. (Bower) Beitler. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Frederick T. and Nancy L. (Bauer) Beitler.

He was a member of Zion Lehigh Evangelical Lutheran Church, Alburtis.

He was a 1978 graduate of Emmaus High School.

For 20 years, he worked as a correction officer for SCI Phoenix, formerly known as Graterford State Correctional Institution.

He was president of the Alburtis Rod & Gun Club. Mostly, he will be remembered for his love of travel, especially with his late wife.

He is survived by a son, Thomas J., of Topton; parents, of Alburtis; brother, Troy T., of Allentown.

A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Road, Breinigsville. Calling will begin 5 p.m.
