Grace United Church of Christ, 902 Lincoln Ave., is selling Zook’s homemade chicken, beef and sausage meat pies, as well as apple dumplings. The items come frozen, so you can pop them in the oven for an easy dinner.

Orders are due by Feb. 5. Pickup is set for 3-5 p.m. Feb. 25 or after the 10:30 a.m. church service Feb. 26.

Weekly bingo is held Mondays at Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave. Doors will open 5:30 p.m., and the games begin 6:30 p.m.

Northampton Borough Fire Department is planning a designer purse bingo for Feb. 25 at the fire station, 4 Lerchenmiller Drive. Doors open 11 a.m.; bingo starts 12:30 p.m.

The cost of a ticket includes 20 games. Extra boards and bingo dabbers will be available at an additional cost. Tickets are available at the fire station.

The event is BYOB. Concessions will be sold.

A limited number will be sold at the door, and at a higher cost, on the day of the event.

Northampton Area Food Bank wishes to thank the businesses, churches, organizations and individuals for the generous and faithful donations of money and food given to the food bank during 2022.

Currently, there are more than 250 families (which is more than 1,500 people) from the area who need assistance in meeting nutritional needs. The community donations of both food and money have been greatly appreciated and used wisely.

Northampton Borough is accepting contributions for a memorial plaque that will be placed at the municipal pool. This plaque will feature names of former pool employees who have died.

All contributions and names can be submitted to the borough office, 1401 Laubach Ave.
