Q. In what grade are you currently enrolled?
A. I am in 12th grade at Emmaus High School.
Q. Please provide the first names of your family members: parents, siblings and pets.
A. My father Jason, my mother Emily and my two dogs Gimli and Pippin.
Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?
A. My favorite subject is math because it focuses on problem solving and is very methodical.
Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?
A. National Honor Society.
Q. Are you involved in any extracurricular activities? How has being involved in this these organizations impacted your high school experience?
A. I play baseball at the high school. While baseball makes my spring very busy, it helps me feel more connected to the school. I also participate in the high school’s esports team, which is a welcoming community with many of my friends.
Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?
A. Staying focused during the year of online school.
Q. What is your next goal after high school?
A. I’m attending the University of Delaware after high school. My goal is to successfully get a 4-year degree in computer engineering with a minor in computer science.
Q. Whom do you admire? Why?
A. I admire all my teachers because of everything they do for their students and community.
Q. For what would you like to be remembered?
A. I want to be remembered for how I have changed my community through volunteering. I want to be remembered as a hard worker whose goal was to make both myself and those around me successful.
Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?
A. Take advantage of every opportunity you have. You never know what that opportunity could lead to.
