Buffy Leann Quier, 46, of Emmaus, was arrested Dec. 29, 2022, for alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident at Volpe’s Sports Bar, 501 Broad St., according to Emmaus police.

Evelyn Giselle Parodi, 30, of Emmaus, was arrested Dec. 26, 2022, for alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the unit block of South Broom Street, according to Emmaus police. Parodi was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.

Harassment

A 26-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Dec. 13, 2022, for alleged harassment following an incident in the unit block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Brandon Frank Spitale, 24, of Emmaus was arrested Dec. 4, 2022, in the 600 block of Walnut Street for allegedly driving under the influence, simple possession, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, careless driving, driving on the right side of the roadway and turning movements and required signals, according to Emmaus police. Spitale was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Jann L. Sanchez, 20, of Macungie was arrested Dec. 22, 2022, at the intersection of East Main Street and State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence, small amount of marijuana, simple possession, drug paraphernalia and traffic control signals, according to Emmaus police. Sanchez was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Robbery

A phone was removed from a person in the 500 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 20, 2022.

Criminal mischief

Ramon Arturo Deleon, 29, of Allentown was arrested Dec. 22, 2022, following an incident in the 600 block of State Avenue for alleged criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, reckless driving and traffic control signals, according to Emmaus police.
