A 53-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into custody after he allegedly held another person by the neck and pushed the person at a location along Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:42 a.m. Dec. 5, 2022, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Propulsion of missiles with intent

Someone allegedly threw a rock at a moving vehicle near the intersection of Church View Road and Geho Road, Upper Milford Township, breaking the rear driver side window, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Dec. 5, 2022.

DUI

A 23-year-old motorist, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence after state police were called to Wawa gas station and convenience store, 4900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, for an unconscious female in the driver’s seat of a vehicle 5:17 a.m. Dec. 8, 2022, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 43-year-old motorist, of Allentown, allegedly was driving under the influence when his vehicle crashed into a tree near the intersection of Mill Race Road and Krick Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 11:04 p.m. Nov. 23, 2022, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The driver and both passengers were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, for multiple injuries, according to authorities.

A 36-year-old motorist, of Macungie, was allegedly driving under the influence at a traffic stop near the intersection of Pennsylvania Route 100 and Alburtis Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:39 a.m. Oct. 29, 2022, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
