Shirley M. Clauser, 79, of Green Lane, formerly of Macungie, died Jan. 1, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Laudenslager) Bertsch.

She worked as an administrative secretary for General Electric, secretary for St. John’s Lutheran Church, Emmaus and manager of data entry for the IRS in Fogelsville, retiring in 2008.

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Emmaus.

She was an avid Penn State football fan, enjoyed trips to Lancaster with her cousins, trips to the cabin with Lenny and spending time with her granddaughters.

She is survived by a daughter, Kim A. and her husband, Mark Kemmerer, of Green Lane; granddaughters, Jordyn and Taylor.
