Nancy M. Wieder, 80, of Lower Macungie Township, died in her home Jan. 3, 2023. She was the wife of the late Theodore J. Wieder, who died in 1996. Born in Hereford Township, she was the daughter of the late Wilson D. and Dorothy A. (Funk) Wetzel.

She was a graduate of Emmaus High School, Class of 1960.

She started as an accountant at Wm. H. Gehman Sons Chrysler Dealership and then worked in the same capacity at the Myers Benner Insurance Corp, until her retirement in 2012.

She is survived by children, James D., Barbara G. Augello (Michael) and Jeffrey W.; sister, Patricia Miller; brothers, Richard, Donald, Thomas, Neil and Keith Wetzel and their spouses; grandchildren, Vanessa (Brian), Valerie and Veronica; great-grandchildren, Owen and Jocelyn.

Contributions may be made to Barbara Augello for the purpose of establishing an educational fund for Owen and Jocelyn. Checks may be mailed c/o the funeral home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus, 18049.
