Elijah A. Soler, 18, of Allentown, died Jan. 2, 2023.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Marangely Soler and the late Carlos A. Batista.

He graduated from Catasauqua High School in 2022 and was captain of the football team.

He was a technician at Serve Pro Restoration Company.

He was a member of the Limitless East Coast Car Club.

He was a member of Pastors and Guardians of Israel Church in Bethlehem.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a stepfather, Luis A. Reyes; two sisters, Keila Nunez and husband Hector and Nastasia Lugo; brothers; two maternal grandparents, Helen Cruz and Alfredo Soler; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
