Bonilla new director of residential services

New Bethany Ministries staff member Lupita Bonilla was promoted recently to director of residential services. She now manages Bethlehem’s and Coplay’s Single Room Occupancy Program and NBM’s two single-family residences. She oversees caretakers, leads residential advisor staff and residential programs and provides resident case management.

She was a transitional housing manager at NBM. She worked with families to obtain permanent housing and provided resources to prevent future homelessness. She managed the Wyandotte Apartments building, maintained inspections, audited with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and met with residents weekly to encourage, assist, and evaluate their efforts.
