Agnes R. Kroboth, 91, of Northampton, died Dec. 22, 2022, at Sacred Heart Senior Living, Northampton. She was the wife of the late Joseph “Hoppy” Kroboth.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Kluscarits) Derkits.

She was a seamstress for Cross Country Clothes for many years. She also worked as a bakery manager for ACME and was a member of the Northampton Borough Board of Health.

She was vice president of Coplay Saengerbund for many years and was part of the kitchen staff.

She was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.

She is survived by a daughter, Terri Gerny and husband Joe; two sons, Joe and wife Lisa and Jerry and wife Ann Marie; five grandchildren, Janelle, Jared, Julia, Sara and Jessica; a great-granddaughter, Lilly; a sister, Rosemarie Pammer; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Edward; and a sister, Joanne Recker.
