Frank M. Fermato, 92, of Schnecksville, died peacefully Dec. 17, 2022, surrounded by his loving family in his home.

He and his wife, Diane M. (Landis) Fermato, were married 63 years.

Born Feb. 18, 1930, in Bangor, Northampton County, he was the son of the late Michael and Anna (Pellecchia) Fermato.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force, stationed with the Strategic Air Command, during the Korean War era.

He was president of Whitehall Mutual Insurance Company, Doylestown, for many years before retiring.

He was a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Allentown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Steven F. Fermato of Northampton; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Margie S. Clever.
