Althea A. Grim, 85, formerly of Schnecksville, died on Dec. 20, 2022, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall, where she had been residing.

She was the wife of the late Leon L. Grim.

Born Feb. 10, 1937, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late George F. and Perma A. (Schneck) Bachman.

She served as postmaster at the Schnecksville Post Office for 33 years before retiring and was the former treasurer at Schnecksville Grange No. 1684.

She was a member of the Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, where she formerly sang with the choir.

Her survivors include sons Timothy S. Grim and his wife, Peggy, of Kutztown, Michael G. Grim and his wife, Janice, of New Castle; brother Alton A. Bachman and his wife, Shirley, of Allentown; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by son, Keith L. Grim, and siblings Jean P. Husack, and Donald P. Sr. and Willard G. Bachman.
