Potts Doggie Shop, 2428 Cherryville Road, Northampton, will hold Joey’s Day 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Jan. 8, 2023. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit Joey Groller through the Marie Mazziotta-Alexander Cancer Fund.

Joey is a sophomore at Whitehall High School who is battling acute myeloid leukemia.

Weekly bingo is held Mondays at Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.

Doors open 5:30 p.m., and the games will begin 7 p.m.

Northampton Borough is accepting contributions for a memorial plaque that will be placed at the municipal pool. This plaque will feature names of former pool employees who have died.

All contributions and names can be submitted to the borough office, 1401 Laubach Ave.
