The Shelter House, reported to be among the oldest continuously inhabited log homes in the Lehigh Valley, gave visitors the opportunity to experience Christmas as early pioneers and settlers in Emmaus did as part of Old-Fashioned Christmas in Emmaus activities throughout the borough Dec. 3.
