The first-grade class at Sheckler Elementary School took a trip to the Troxell-Steckel House where students learned about farm life in the 1800s.

Congratulations to fourth-graders on their amazing winter concert. Students performed for their classmates during the school day and their parents in the evening.

Catasauqua Area School District will be closed for the winter holiday break from Dec. 23 to Jan. 2, 2023. Students will resume normal schedules Jan. 3, 2023.

Sheckler’s lost-and-found section is overflowing with students’ clothing items that are waiting to be claimed. Photos of the missing items have been posted to the school’s Facebook page, and parents/guardians are encouraged to take a look to see if any items belong to their child.

The lost and found can be found outside of the school’s front office.
