North Catasauqua Police Department has partnered with Bethlehem Health Bureau and Project Lifesaver International.
PLI is a program of protective involvement and specialized operations that responds to incidents of those with Alzheimer’s, autism, Down syndrome and related disorders who have wandered away from a safe location and cannot find their way back to safety.
The mission is to save lives and to protect those who become lost or wander.
There is currently no cost to enroll. If you would like to enroll a family member into the PLI program, contact Officer Santiago at 610-437-5252 or Zoraida Garcia, with Bethlehem Health Bureau, at 610-865-4698.
