The Keystone testing window began Dec. 5. If your student is required to take a Keystone (or a few!) please gently encourage them to get good sleep and have a good breakfast ahead of time. Please also note all non-testing students will report to school on a 2-hour delay schedule.
The next school board meeting will be held Dec. 7. It will start with a school board reorganization meeting 7 p.m., followed by a work session 7:15 p.m. and the school board meeting 8 p.m.
Salisbury Middle School will hold its annual winter concert 7 p.m. Dec. 8. These students work so hard for this concert, so they hope you will come out to enjoy it.
Leaf collection in the township continues. Our public works department will have collection trucks on each side of the township. Please make sure to have your clean leaves collected loosely on the curbside. There cannot be any branches or yard waste combined with leaves. For updates regarding collection truck locations, please refer to the township Facebook page or website.
Looking forward, SMS will hold a movie day Dec. 21. They are looking for snack donations. If you are willing to donate, please send the snacks in, labeled with your student’s name.
