To the Editor:
This letter is to acknowledge what a special act of kindness I received Dec. 4 when I stopped at Kospia Farms.
I was leaving Emmaus and returning to Mohnton after a 4-day visit.
I was interested in a cemetery Christmas log for my late husband.
Everyone there was so helpful and showed me other options. After choosing one, Maureen put it in my car for me. She then told me I was getting a flat tire; that was truly an unwanted surprise!
Maureen told me she had an air compressor in the back of all the displays and she would put air in the tire. I was beyond thankful for what she did and when I wanted to pay her, she said, “No, Merry Christmas.”
When I arrived at the Fleetwood Cemetery, the tires were fine.
I arrived home 1 1/2 hours later, safe and sound.
I was relieved and happy by Maureen’s generous act of kindness.
I will never forget this day.
As I traveled home, the sun seemed to shine brighter.
Thank you, Maureen at Kospia Farms. You are my Christmas miracle.
