Catherine A. Hillanbrand, 89, of Allentown, died Dec. 1, 2022.

Born in Manayunk, Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Gertrude (Bennett) Smith.

She was the wife of the late William B. Hillanbrand.

A member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, she was a member of the church’s Women’s Guild.

Her survivors include sons Mark and wife, Laura, of Manlius, N.Y., David and wife. Laurie. of Emmaus, and William and wife. Kellie. of Florida; grandchildren Kristy, Christopher, Josh and Sarah; great-grandchildren Evan, Lily, Derrick, Carter and Colton; brother Sam Smith; sister Trudy Guerra; and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Smith, and a sister, Honey Koroncai.
