Thelma I. Stech, 98, of Whitehall, died Nov. 29, 2022. She was the wife of the late Stephen Stech for 56 years.
Born in Northampton County, she was a daughter of the late Franklin and Pearl (Diehl) Hunsberger.
She was a process checker at the former Western Electric Company, Allentown. She retired in 1981.
She was a life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, Northampton.
She attended for many years the Northampton Senior Center, Friendly Fifties, Young at Heart, AARP and Coplay Seniors.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl Barry Kocher; a son-in-law, Charles Druckenmiller; a sister, Lorraine Arndt; a sister and brother-in-law, Loretta and Richard Fenstermaker; nieces; nephews; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Chad and Heather, Avery and Hailey Druckenmiller, Beth and Kevin, Grey and Freya Gormley, Kyle and Emily, Madison, Maximus and Marley Kocher, Tori and Andrew, Keegan Edelman, Andrea and Joseph, Harrison and Charlotte Przasnyski.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Brenda Druckenmiller; and four siblings, Clair Hunsberger, Edwin Hunsberger, Goldie Reiss and Doris Batz.
