Have breakfast with Santa 8-11:30 a.m. Dec. 11 at Laurel Fire Company, 5114 Third St., Cementon. Bring your camera to have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Every child will receive a goody bag.

The breakfast menu includes pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, western eggs, hash browns, sausage links, sliced ham, toast, orange juice, apple juice and chocolate milk.

There is a cost; children under 4 eat for free.

Egypt Memorial Park, 4548 Main St., is holding a Christmas party for park members 4-6 p.m. Dec. 11.

Those who attend can enjoy games, crafts, prizes and a visit from Santa.Pizza and snacks will be provided. Bring a dessert if you wish.

Nonmembers can apply for family membership for a small fee.

Prepare for Operation Santa by dropping off a wrapped and labeled gift for your Egypt or Cementon child 6-9 p.m. Dec. 12 at Egypt Fire Station, 4098 Kuhn Lane.

Santa will hitch a ride with the Egypt Fire Company to deliver gifts to children in Egypt and Cementon starting 6 a.m. Dec. 25.

Whitehall Mennonite Church, 4138 Wilson St., Egypt, is planning two holiday events.

Meet 6:30 p.m. Dec. 16 in the church’s fellowship hall to go Christmas caroling in the neighborhood, followed by hot chocolate and Christmas cookies.

The church’s Christmas Eve and candle-lighting service will be 7-8 p.m. Dec. 24.

Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 4331 Main St., Egypt, will hold live Christmas Eve services 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 24. There will be a virtual service 10 p.m. on the church’s Facebook page.

There is only a 9 a.m. service Dec. 25. No Sunday school or confirmation classes will be held.
