Kathleen S. Bohner, 81, of Lower Macungie Township, died Nov. 19, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the wife of William L. Bohner. They celebrated over 61 years of marriage. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Alma (Hafer) Shaner.

She was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus.

In addition to being a loving wife and mother, she was active in the church as a Sunday school teacher and as a volunteer in numerous other functions.

She volunteered for many years at Lehigh Valley Hospital and the 1803 Historical House in Emmaus.

She is survived by her husband; sons, William L. Jr. (Lisa), Andrew (Joanne) and John (Jaclyn); sisters, Phyllis Yergey (Sherwood) and Anita Rutledge; grandchildren, April, Billy (Annie), Philip, Emma, Andrew, Leah, Hayden and Sophie; great-grandchildren, Kegan and Katie. She was the youngest of 10 children and was predeceased by seven of her siblings.
