NORTH WHITEHALL: Union Lutheran Church offers manger scene open house

Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, welcomes the public to a display of manger scenes 3-7 p.m. Dec. 3, and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 4.
Crafts will be available for kids of all ages, a variety of musical performances will lend a nice holiday atmosphere, and light refreshments will be provided.
The church will be accepting donations for community food pantries.

Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, will celebrate Lights in the Grove from 3-5 p.m. Dec. 3.
Hot chocolate and snacks will provide warmth. Live Christmas music and crafts for everyone will be available.
Children are invited to bring Letters to Santa, or they can write them at the event.
The lights will be lit for everyone to enjoy throughout December.
The church invites people to bring hats, gloves and scarves for the Sixth Street Shelter, Allentown.
Rain date is Dec. 4.

Copeechan Fish and Game Club, 4460 Washington St., Schnecksville, invites children to have breakfast with Santa 9-11 a.m. Dec. 4.
Festivities continue until 1 p.m.
There is a fee for the event, but kids under age 5 are admitted free.

The Schnecksville Fire Company regrets it will have to cancel the Nov. 27 breakfast due to shortage of workers.
Organization would like to have its next breakfast Jan. 29, 2023.
