Anna T. Edelman, 87, of Northampton, died Nov. 3, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Alan C. Edelman Sr. for 42 years.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Alois V. and Mary (Schrantz) Recker.

She assisted her husband with their business, Edelman’s Building Supply. She worked at Our Lady of Hungary aftercare.

She was a joint member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Northampton, and St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

She is survived by six children, Allen C. Jr. and wife Juliann, Michael J. and wife Gwen, Stephen M., Robert D., Roxanne J. Hoops and husband Patrick and Brian M. and wife Jamie; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Al Recker; a sister, Carol Correia and husband Joseph; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by sister, Mary Reichl.
