The Penn State Lehigh Valley Alumni Association joined other organizations Oct. 15 in a benefit walk for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. LV Alumni Director Kristen Mears and LV Alumni Association Vice President Joe Huxta eagerly welcomed alumni to the event. Huxta has been active with the association the last 5 years and Mears has been in her position since 2021. The walk was approximately 3 miles starting and ending at Steel Stacks/Artsquest.
