Pennsylvania Mid-term unofficial results.
Governor
State Attorney General Josh Shapiro won the governorship with 2.98 million votes over Doug Mastriano’s 2.24 million, or 56 percent to 41 percent. Austin Davis will serve as lieutenant governor. By local county, Shapiro won 79,080 (Lehigh) and 71,984 (Northampton) to Mastriano’s 53,178 (Lehigh) and 54,716 (Northampton).
U.S. Senate
Longtime U.S. Senator Pat Toomoy (Rep) had announced he would not seek re-election, and has since been critical of former President Donald Trump, blaming him for the party’s mid-term failures. John Fetterman (Dem), lieutenant governor, defeated Dr. Mehmet Oz (Rep) by about 250,000 votes for the seat. Locally the totals for Fetterman were 72,147 (Lehigh) and 65,835 (Northampton) and for Oz 58,878 (Lehigh) and 59,623 (Northampton).
