Jan E. O’konsky, 79, of Breinigsville, died Oct. 25, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He and his wife, Clarissa N. (Nugent) O’konsky, celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary in August.

Born in Jersey City, N.J., he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Strang) O’konsky.

He owned Parklane Charter Service Company, Bayonne, N.J. for many years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a niece, Christine Azzarella, and nephew, Matthew Nugent.

His services will be private.
