Strangulation
Starlyn R. Rosario, 30, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 30 for alleged strangulation, simple assault and harassment following an incident in the unit block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus Police. Rosario was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
DUI
A 24-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance and stop sign and yield sign violations in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.
Theft
A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 17 for alleged theft by unlawful taking or disposition and receiving stolen property following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
Three chairs, with a total value of $83, were removed from a location along the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 15.
A backpack, with items inside valued at $75, was removed from a location in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 15.
Simple assault
A 14-year-old female, of Macungie, was arrested Oct. 19 for alleged simple assault and disorderly conduct following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
A 12-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 27 for alleged simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
Attempting to elude police officer
Kenneth Edwin Moser, 40, of Coopersburg, was arrested Oct. 14 in the 600 block of Limeport Pike for allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, escape, registration and certificate of title required, careless driving and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, according to Emmaus police. Moser was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Harassment
A 46-year-old female, of Ventnor, N.J. was arrested Oct. 20 for alleged harassment following an incident in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.
Possession
A 61-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 17 in the 1100 block of Green Street for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 17 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

Heather Sadrovitz, 46, of Ventnor, N.J. was arrested Oct. 12 in the 200 block of Adrain Street for allegedly recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and simple possession, according to Emmaus police. Sadrovitz was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Found property
A phone holster was found at Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., Oct. 12, according to Emmaus police. The item is at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
