Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., will be holding a prayer box dedication Nov. 13, starting approximately 11:45 a.m., after the services. The prayer box will be mounted outside the church, facing Pine Street at the chapel door.
This is for people to drop off prayers to share with the pastor. There will be paper and pencil in the box as well as handouts. The idea is for the pastor to open the box Sunday mornings before church services and to address them at the services.
Dr. Grace Kim, Mayor Barbara Schlegel and other Catasauqua dignitaries are expected to be present at the event. Coffee and cake will be served.
