Anna Marie Contakes, 91, of Bethlehem, died Oct. 26, 2022, while in the care of Moravian Village. She was the wife of John “Jack” F. Contakes for over 69 years. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Marie (Stern) Kolesnik.

She was a bookkeeper for Price Opticians, Bethlehem, for many years until she retired.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Miller Heights.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Samuel, Thomas and James; and a sister, Arlene.
