Nov. 6

The Carbon Model Railroad Society will host its fall train meet 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Diamond Fire Co. Bingo Hall, 120 Main St., Walnutport. This is a model railroad, toy train and railroadiania/railroad memorabilia sale for the serious and amateur railroad and model train collector. Refreshments will be available. Plenty of free parking. There is a cost for admission.

Nov. 11 and 12

Chance basket raffle at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1707 Church Road, Allentown. Place tickets in baskets noon to 6 p.m. Nov. 11 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 12. Need not be present to win. For questions or to donate a basket, call Louise at 610-866-1611.

Chili cook off and craft fair 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Eyer Middle School. Vendors and chili cook off participants are needed. Email ldreisbach@eastpennsd.org or call 610-965-1600, ext. 22640 for more information.

Scouting for Food with Cub Scout Pack 146 and Boy Scout Troop 146 at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1707 to chChurch Road, Allentown. To donate food which will be delivered to a local food bank, contact David or Pat Yemm at 610-791-0983.

Old Zionsville United Church of Christ, 5981 Fountain Road, Old Zionsville, will host its 25th annual Bazaar & Filled Basket Auction 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come browse through the crafters and vendors, check out the auction baskets and buy tickets for a chance to win your favorites. And remember to check out the bake sale.

The Allentown Music Club will present an All-American Program 2 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church 1533 Springhouse Road, Allentown. The performers are Lynn Long, Michael Grather, Monika Short, Jonathan Beitler, Sherman Cox, Cindy Ernst and The Recorder Group directed by Karen El-Chaar. Nov. 13

The Salisbury Twirling team is holding a purse bingo fundraiser at Salisbury Middle School. The doors will open noon, with bingo starting 1 p.m. There will be 20 games with four specials, raffles and door prizes. Refreshments will be available to purchase. Nov. 26

The Emmaus Main Street Partners will host Small Business Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shoppers can pick up a tote bag with a map of participating businesses offering promotions while supplies last. The day also will include the Holly Jolly Shopping Spree contest in which shoppers may send a picture of their Emmaus business receipts to 610-739-1273 to be entered to win a variety of prizes from local businesses through Dec. 21. Shoppers also are welcome to take pictures with the event sign on the Triangle and post to social media with the hashtag #ShowtheLoveShopEmmaus.
