Thomas F. Dolon, 81, of Allentown, died peacefully on Oct. 20, 2022.

He and his wife, Mary Ann (Papay) Dolon, were married 57 years.

Born Jan. 31, 1941, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Paul H. and Ora A. (Reppert) Dolon.

A 1958 graduate of Parkland High School, he was a member of the Trojan Alumni Club, and loved everything Parkland and Notre Dame.

He was a general yardmaster at PBNE Railroad at the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 30 years before retiring in 1995.

He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.

In addition to his loving wife and best friend, he is survived by children Jeffrey T. Dolon and his wife, Gina, of Catasauqua, Lisa J. Eshbach and her husband, Glenn, of Allentown, and Timothy M. Dolon of Allentown; and grandchildren Brittaney, Brooke, Shane, Paige, Hunter and Julia.
