Salisbury Elementary School Halloween parade scheduled Oct. 28

The swim team is holding open swim nights for anyone interested in joining the team this year.
Open swim nights run 5:30-7 p.m. at the Rodale Aquatic Center, 100 College Drive, Allentown. Swim nights are Oct. 25, Nov. 1 and 8. There is a waiver, found on the district site, that needs to be completed before arrival.
Salisbury High School photo retakes will be Oct. 26. If your student wants retakes, they need to bring the full package with them that day to have a new photo taken.
The Salisbury Elementary School Book Fair begins Oct. 26. Look for information coming home with your students regarding their shopping days and late shopping hours for you to join them.
SES will hold Halloween celebrations Oct. 28, including the ever famous Halloween parade! Kindergarten and first grade students will parade 1 p.m. while students in second through fourth grade will parade 2:10 p.m. Look for more details to be sent home with your students.
Salisbury Township will hold trick-or-treat night 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28. Please remember as you are driving that night, there will be many ghosts and goblins out and about. Remember to turn off your porch light if you are not handing out candy to avoid many extra visitors at your door that night.
The Salisbury Elementary School PTO is hosting a fall craft and vendor show 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 5 at SHS, 500 E. Montgomery St. Stop by to shop from a variety of vendors and crafters to get a start on holiday shopping and support the SES PTO at the same time.
Salisbury Falcon Twirlers will host a Designer Purse and Thirty-one Bag Bingo Nov. 13 at Salisbury Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road. Doors open noon and bingo starts 1 p.m. Advance tickets are available for $25 or at the door for $30. For tickets or questions, contact salisburytwirlingboosters@gmail.com.
Plan now to see the SHS Fall Theatre production of “Radium Girls.” This show will take place 7 p.m. Nov. 10 through 12 and 2 p.m. Nov. 13. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the door. See you there.

The Franko Farm Drop-off Center will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 3 and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 5.
