Aggravated assault
Viancy Gonzalez-Virella, 26, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 10 for alleged aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person after an incident in the 500 block of Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police. Gonzalez-Virella was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
A 17-year-old male, of Alburtis, was arrested Sept. 16 for alleged aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault and resisting arrest at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
Simple assault
A 38-year-old person, of Coplay, was arrested Sept. 23 for alleged simple assault and harassment in the 300 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police. The person was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Simple possession
A 16-year-old male, of Alburtis, was arrested Sept. 16 for alleged simple possession at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
Unauthorized use of motor vehicle
Kody Michael Sponheimer, 25, of Allentown, was arrested Sept. 24 for alleged unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and simple possession in the 600 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police. Sponheimer was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Prohibited offensive weapon
Matthew A. Hoosier, 40, of Wescosville, was arrested Sept. 25 for allegedly having a prohibited offensive weapon and drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Macungie Avenue, according to Emmaus police. Hoosier was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Recklessly endangering another person
Alexander Gonzalez-Virella, 22, of Fort Campbell, Tenn., was arrested Oct. 10 for allegedly recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats following an incident in the 500 block of Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police. Gonzalez-Virella was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Criminal trespass
A 28-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 31 for alleged criminal trespass and harassment following an incident in the 600 block of Walnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The male was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.
Retail theft
Thomas Hamilton, 54, of Pompano Beach Fla., was arrested Sept. 27 for retail theft after allegedly removing $653 worth of items from Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., without paying for the items, according to Emmaus police.
A 15-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited Sept. 27 for alleged retail theft at Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police.

A bracelet was found near South 12th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue Sept. 22, according to Emmaus police. The bracelet is held at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
