Wednesday, October 19: Hot: Lemon pepper fish, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, whole-grain dinner roll, fruit cobbler. Lite: Cranberry turkey salad sandwich, lentil salad, whole-wheat sandwich roll, fresh orange.

Thursday, October 20: Hot: Chicken Parmesan, Italian vegetable blend, whole-grain penne w/ sauce, fresh orange. Lite: Mediterranean chicken salad, salad vegetables, whole-wheat dinner roll, pineapple.

Friday, October 21: Hot: Cheeseburger macaroni, winter vegetable blend, low salt tomato soup, whole-grain macaroni, Oreo pudding. Lite: Deli sandwich, four bean salad, whole-wheat roll, fresh melon.

Monday, October 24: Hot: Roast turkey and gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, bread stuffing, pumpkin mousse. Lite: Turkey Cobb salad, salad vegetables, whole-wheat dinner roll, fresh banana.
