A 44-year-old motorist, of Coopersburg, escaped injury when his pickup truck overturned in a one-vehicle crash while the driver was attempting to merge onto Interstate 78 from Pennsylvania state Route 309, Salisbury Township, 5:28 a.m. Oct. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The motorist lost control of the vehicle on wet pavement, veered onto the right shoulder of Interstate 78 westbound, struck an embankment and toppled onto the passenger side, according to authorities. Yocum Towing also responded.
