Joshuah Frankl Frantz- Mcintyre, 28, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 1 with alleged simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 1700 block of Piccadilly Circle, according to Salisbury police. Frantz-Mcintyre was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
DUI
Eladio Abreu, 49, of Reading, was charged Sept. 18 with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 1300 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. Abreu was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Michael James Frick, 58, of Emmaus, was charged Sept. 19 with allegedly driving under the influence and related traffic offenses following a traffic stop on Mountain Road, according to Salisbury police. Frick was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Charles Anthony Orfe, 23, of Boyertown, was charged Sept. 24 with allegedly driving under the influence and related traffic offenses following a traffic stop on East Emmaus Avenue and Trout Drive, according to Salisbury police. Orfe was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

possession
A 69-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 20 with alleged simple possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.
A 15-year-old-female was charged Sept. 16 with alleged simple possession and use of tobacco in schools prohibited following an incident at Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
Possession
A 31-year-old female, of Coopersburg, was charged Sept. 17 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.
Theft
A wallet was stolen from a shopping cart while the owner was shopping at discount retailer Ross Dress For Less, South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 18 and credit cards in the wallet were since canceled.
Disorderly
conduct
A 15-year-old-male was charged Aug. 30 with alleged disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after an incident at Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
Indirect criminal contempt
A 33-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 3 with alleged indirect criminal contempt following an incident in the 1300 block of Marlow Street, according to Salisbury police. The woman was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Fraud
A resident of the 1600 block of Maple Avenue learned of fraudulent purchases made using his debit card, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 8 and remains under investigation.
Scam
A person was persuaded to hand over a large sum of money to another person at a location in the 900 block of East Rock Road, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Sept. 13 and is under investigation.

A 14-year-old-male was referred to the criminal justice panel Sept. 8 for alleged harassment following an incident at Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.
