If you do not like the school pictures of your student, picture retake days are coming up.
Retake day for the middle school is Oct. 20. For the high school, retake day is Oct. 26. Don’t forget to bring back the original packet of pictures on that day.
The next T-shirt day at Salisbury Elementary School is Oct. 21.
The Salisbury Elementary School Halloween parade of costumes will be held Oct. 28 and split into two sessions to alleviate any parking problems. The parade for kindergarten and first grade will be 1 p.m. and the parade for second through fourth grades will be 2:10 p.m.
Salisbury Township trick-or-treat night will be held 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28. For a list of trick-or-treating safety tips, visit the township website at www.salisburytownshippa.org.
The SES Book Fair will run Oct. 31 through Nov. 8. Family shopping will be 3-6 p.m. Nov. 3.
Food Truck Thursdays at the South Mall are ending for the year. Oct. 27 is the last Thursday to enjoy this dining treat.
While you are at the mall eating dinner, stay for Malloween, a fun night of activities at the South Mall. From 4-7 p.m. Oct. 27 there will be trick-or-treating throughout the mall and a magic show featuring Damian the Magician 6 p.m.
Salisbury Township yard waste drop off sites are open. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. Franko Farm will be open Oct. 20, 22 and 31.
