Raymond T. Gilbert Sr., 79, of Allen Township, died Oct. 12, 2022, at home. He was the husband of the late Rosemarie T. (Tukovits) Gilbert.

Born in Cherryville, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Elsie (Meckes) Gilbert.

He was in the U.S. Army.

He was a cutter for Cross Country Clothes for many years and then was a driver for Quest before retiring.

He is survived by two sons, Brian and wife Marigrace Gilbert of East Greenville and Raymond T. Gilbert Jr. of Boyertown; a daughter, Amanda Martinas and companion Jonathan Simpson of King of Prussia; three brothers, Gary, Dennis Mark and Kenneth Jr.; two sisters, Elaine and Shirley; and seven grandchildren.

There will be a calling hour 10-11 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. memorial service, Oct. 20 at the funeral home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067.
