Earl K. Daney, of Bath, died Oct. 13, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Linda F. Daney for 44 years.

Born in Lower Nazareth Township, he was a son of the late Warren Eugene Clarence and Emily Mae (Bauder) Daney.

He was a 1960 graduate of Nazareth Area Senior High School.

He was in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He earned the rank of master sergeant E7 and served 21 years. He earned a Bronze Star.

He was a postal worker for the U.S. Postal Service. He retired in 2008 after 28 years of service.

He was a member of Eckley E. Patch American Legion Post 470, Bath, where he was in various bowling leagues. He was known as 10-Pin Earl at the Bath Legion Lanes.

He is survived by a brother-in-law, Donald Hill and wife Deborah of Hokendauqua; and a niece, Ashley Hill and fiance Clinton of Slatington.

Services will be private.
