Chocolate Cream

Cheese Delight

Ingredients:

3 cups King Arthur Flour

2 cups sugar

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1/2 cup cocoa

2 cups water

2/3 cup oil

2 T. vinegar

2 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese

1 egg

1/3 cup sugar

mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients for cake together.

In a separate bowl mix filling ingredients except chocolate chips. In greased and floured Bundt pan pour half the cake batter. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips over that. Pour the rest of the cake batter on top. Bake for 50 minutes, let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
