Choconut Dream

Crust:

20 Oreos, crushed

4 T. butter, melted

Filling:

1 stick of butter, melted

1 jar of peanut butter (18 oz.)

1-1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Ganache:

3/4 cup heavy cream

1-1/2 cup semisweet

chocolate chips

Drizzle:

1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup peanut butter

Coconut oil

Directions:

Crust: Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter and press into bottom of pie pan.

Filling:

Using electric mixer, mix melted butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour over crust and spread evenly.

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ganache:

Lace chocolate chips in heat-safe bowl.

Heat heavy cream until it bubbles.

Pour heavy cream over the chocolate chips so they are completely covered.

Let sit 5 minutes and then stir until smooth.

Pour over filling so it reaches the edge of the crust and smooth out.

Place in refrigerator.

Drizzle:

Melt chocolate chips and add oil to reach desired consistency

Drizzle over pie.

Melt peanut butter and add oil to reach desired consistency.

Drizzle over pie.

Pie may be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Note: It will become very soft (but very creamy) at room temperature.
