Seiple Farms, 5761 Nor-Bath Blvd., East Allen Township, is celebrating 40 years of pumpkin picking.
This has been a working farm since 1889 when the farm initially had potatoes, hay, field corn and eggs. This fifth-generation farm family vows to stay a family farm for the next 40 years or longer.
Families return year after year to welcome fall by picking pumpkins, enjoying the farm animals, playing in the 28-acre corn maze or the smaller 6-acre corn maze, relaxing on the hayride and visiting the haunted barn. There are 35 acres of pumpkin picking and a pumpkin barn if you aren’t into hayrides or pumpkin patches.
Food trucks and amusements complete this event.
