Phoebe Jenkins, Kutztown, and Noah Macchirole, Allentown, were named to fall 2021 dean’s list at Montclair State University, Montclair, N.J.

Jenkins is a German major and Macchirole is a marine biology and coastal science major.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
