Mary R. Saveri, 73, from Germansville, died Sept. 28, 2022, in Complete Care at Lehigh.
She was the wife of Debra L. Grundstrom to whom she was married seven years.
Born Jan. 17, 1949, in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph N. Saveri Sr. and Anne L. (King) Wilson.
She was a senior designer for Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown, for 27 years before retiring in 2015.
She was a member of the Lehigh Valley Kennel Club, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, and UAW Local 677.
A former 4-H volunteer dog trainer for children ages 7-16, she loved to go bird-watching, enjoyed nature, and thoroughly loved her dream property in Germansville. She was affiliated with Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville.
In addition to her loving wife, she is survived by brothers Joseph N. Saveri Jr. and his wife, Sally, of Coopersburg, and Thomas J. Saveri and his wife, Theo, of Potter County; two nieces; and beloved German shepherd, Nikki.
She was predeceased by brother, David L. Saveri.
