Kenneth Horodenski, 79, of New Tripoli, died suddenly Sept. 29, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the husband of the late Mary Ellen (Carter) Horodenski.

Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late John and Theresa (Haffner) Horodenski.

He was a highway and bridge engineer for 41 years at PennDOT before retiring.

He also enjoyed building homes.

He will be remembered for watching football games, especially the Eagles.

He served in the National Guard.

His survivors include sons Kenneth II and Kevin; daughter Monica Venesky and her husband, Thomas; sisters Kathleen Almond and her husband, Robert, Julia Ann Kovach, wife of the late William; grandsons Nicholas and Eric; and a niece Theresa.
