If you are looking for desserts to prepare with zucchini, here are a few easy and delicious ones, especially timely if you still have some zucchini in the garden.

And if you have zucchini, and you are afraid they will spoil before you use them, just shred the zucchini and freeze in 2 cup containers.

You can thaw the frozen zucchini in the microwave for 30 seconds and it will be ready to mix into the batter.

All three recipes can be fully baked and frozen and brought out for the upcoming holidays of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

And, they make great gifts.
