Students inducted
to honor society
Lebanon Valley College, Annville, inducted more than 60 students into its chapter of Sigma Alpha Pi honor society as of April 26.
Local students include:
Germansville: Elianna Fitzpatrick, a graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School, is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in global studies and international business.
Fitzpatrick was also recognized for academic achievement during Lebanon Valley College’s Social Sciences Award ceremony hosted as part of the College’s Inquiry celebration.
She won an Achievement Scholarship Award in business administration.
Fitzpatrick is also one of nine college students recently inducted into the chapter of Delta Mu Delta during the College’s annual Inquiry celebration.
Delta Mu Delta, LVC’s international honor society in business, is open to accounting, business, economics, and international business majors.
Selection is made by the Business Department faculty.
Membership is open to those with junior or senior status and a department GPA of 3.4 or higher and in the top 20% of their class.
Candidates for membership must also exhibit participation in department, College, or community activities demonstrating leadership and non-academic involvement.
Kutztown: Kaylen Leiby, a graduate of Kutztown Area High School, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders.
